Community Responsibility

The University expects all students to fulfill faithfully and effectively their responsibilities as members of the Wesleyan community. A student may be suspended or be required to withdraw from the University or from any course at any time when, in the judgment of the class dean or the faculty, respectively, the student fails to meet this obligation satisfactorily.

Selection of Courses

Course offerings and scheduling information are available in the online Course Catalog.

Medical Report

All new students must submit required health information as requested by the University Health Center.

Payment of Bills

Students are responsible for meeting payment deadlines. Failure to pay may result in holds on enrollment, course registration, housing selection, and the release of diplomas.

Refunds

Guidelines governing refunds to BA students who terminate enrollment are available through the Student Accounts office.

Guidelines governing per-credit refunds for BLS students or Community Scholars who drop any or all courses in a given term are available through the Continuing Studies office.

Guidelines governing VA Pending Payment Compliance are available through the Registrar’s office.
